     We have a different way of doing business by admitting we are just like you, consumers.  When we buy products on the internet, we don't like to feel like we're "rolling the dice" to get what we think we are ordering.  

     IES Distributors spends a lot of time and money on an endless process of testing, researching, modifying and testing again, to ensure you are getting the best products for the best prices.  

     It's also frustrating to spend time looking for answers about products on other sites, only to find a "Help Section" full of worthless information concerning even basic questions to their products. 



"Can't we all just get along?"


     If you have a question, comment or constructive criticism concerning a product, submit it to us through the contact us section.  It’s almost a 100% guarantee if you have that question, someone else does also. The more YOU add to the questions, the more YOU help yourself and everyone else get the correct answer. 


     We are also realistic about problems.  There will always be things that need to be discussed and resolved but our policy is to listen on a case by case basis to find a fair solution.  Our commitment to you is that we will remain honest in the decision making process.  However, if that is not reciprocated, there are no reasonable solutions to unreasonable or untruthful situations.  

     Good reviews are important to us!  We understand mistakes are sometimes made and only ask that you allow us the chance to rectify a situation with a reasonable solution before you fire off a review saying you wish there were a way to give negative 100 stars.  There used to be a silly saying about treating other people the way you would like to be treated. We know, it doesn’t really fit in today’s business landscape, but we believe it's worth the effort.
